1. Any loss must be reported via Azasend support within 7 days of the original transaction.
2. Loss must be caused solely by Azasend’s fault (e.g. system error, processing failure).
3. Loss can not be due to user error such as entering incorrect bank account details, transferring the wrong amount of coins, using the wrong network, or other mistakes caused by the user.
4. Loss can not be due to third-party behavior, bank delay, or any external factors.
5. Loss must be irrecoverable due to Azasend’s verified fault after complaint resolution.
6. Single payout based on the lost transaction amount per eligible user. One reward per user. Total program cap is at Azasend’s discretion.
7. Exclude any loss related to:
   • Suspicious behavior or unusual transaction patterns
   • Fraud, manipulation, program abuse
   • Money laundering, scam involvement, or any illegal activity
   • Bank delays, bank glitches, user error, or third-party wallet errors.
8. The program is void where prohibited by law.
9. Azasend reserves the right to request additional evidence (screenshots, videos, bank statements, etc.) if necessary.
10. Azasend reserves the right to:
    • Modify, suspend, or terminate the program at any time.
    • Reject any claims without liability if there is insufficient evidence or suspicion of abuse.
11. By participating, you agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions and the decisions of Azasend, which are final and binding.
